• 400K² ft of CSX rail served warehousing space located in our two  Springfield, MA locations, fully sprinkler and ADT protected with 20 rail spots and over 90 truck doors. Additional warehousing space (600K²ft) located in our Holyoke and Easthampton facilities, which are also fully sprinkler and ADT protected. Our Holyoke facility is rail served via the Pioneer Valley RR
• Bulk & dedicated storage space with stack heights ranging from 28’ to 33’
