2010 Phillips-Van Heusen Recognition

The Sullivan Companies is pleased to announce that we have once again been recognized by Phillips-Van Heusen for achieving 99% or above on-time delivery performance to their retail stores in 2010. Our actual on-time delivery for 2010 to the PVH retail stores was 99.53%.

Phillips-Van Heusen Awards 30 Additional Stores

Phillips-Van Heusen has announced that The Sullivan Companies has been awarded 30 additional New England stores. These new stores, located in eastern Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, will begin receiving deliveries the week of January 10th, 2011. Our companies currently service 31 PVH stores in Connecticut, western Massachusetts and eastern New York.

Palmer Dedicated Logistics Personnel Changes

Due to continued growth within the Palmer Dedicated Logistics, LLC organization, we are excited to announce the addition of Tom Peterson to our management staff as 3rd Shift Supervisor. Tom brings a strong back ground of managerial and operational experience. We are also pleased to announce that Joe Jasmin, 3rd Shift Supervisor, has been given opportunity to assume the responsibilities of 1st Shift Supervisor and Bed, Bed and Beyond Liaison. Joe has been with PDL for 2 years as 3rd Shift Supervisor and has extensive knowledge of Bed, Bath and Beyond’s operational requirements.
We wish both Tom and Joe success in their new responsibilities and look forward to their help in continuing to provide excellent service to our growing list of retail accounts.

Carol Avery Retirement

The Sullivan Companies gratefully acknowledges Carol Avery and her 31 years of loyal service.  Carol began her career with our comapnies as a night biller in 1978 and accepted a new opportunity as a customer service representative in 1980.  Carol remained the “matron” within our Customer Service Department until her much deserved retirement on June 12th, 2009.

Thank you again, we wish you well and you will be missed.
